You get access to more than 3,000 exciting radio stations covering every music need. You can listen to your favorite radio stations anywhere – all you need is an internet connection so you can log in. In addition, all VIP members are in the VIP competition for extra prizes worth $ 5,000.00 for free. Two VIP prizes are drawn each year. That is one of the reasons, why staying a member of the RadioPlanets.com VIP club for as long as possible is a good idea, because it will increase your chances of winning.
Our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As a VIP member at RadioPlanets.com you have online access to your personal account no matter where you are in the world. We will send you a welcome e-mail with password and username when you sign up for our service. It is thus very important that the information you enter is correct.
Upon registration you will receive a welcome/receipt e-mail with login information. RadioPlanets.com can not be made responsible for failure to receive a welcome e-mail, order confirmation, or anything similar. Conditions for VIP membership at RadioPlanets.com
Everyone that have subscribed must be of legal age and have turned 18 years, and be a resident of the country at which the campaign is directed.
Pricing
When you join our service, then the trial period costs typically from $1 to $10;. The trial period covers 7 days. Once this amount has been paid and information is confirmed, we will send the welcome gift after validation phase, which is also mentioned, in our general terms and conditions (this is typically 10 days).
After the trial period of 7 days, then your monthly subscription will automatically start. The subscription is a monthly subscription that costs $67.00 Per 30 day ($ 2,23 pr day).
The money will automatically be deducted from the credit card or other payment method you chose at registration, monthly in advance. Money will be deducted from the credit card or other payment method you provided at registration.
You must not take any further action after signing in with the payment. Only if you get a new credit card, then you should inform us about this or else your account will be closed. Your subscription will automatically stop if money can’t be drawn from credit card or other payment method.
Unsubscribe
You can always unsubscribe from our VIP club, as long as you follow the conditions you submit to when registering for our services (these can always be found and read at all our campaigns). You can unsubscribe in two ways.
Either you can send an email to our customer service, which always respond within two business days, or you can log into your profile and then unsubscribe yourself. We recommend that you login and unsubscribe yourself as it goes way faster, as you do not have to wait up to 48 hours for a response from our support team.

If you send an email to customer support, so be sure to include your member number that you will find in all material coming from us. Alternatively, just give the email address you used for registration.
Complaints for RadioPlanets.com
If you experience any problems with our service, or if you can not log in, you must contact our customer support via e-mail (info.ca@RadioPlanets.com) no later than 5 days after registering and gaining access to RadioPlanet.com. If you experience any problems with your access at a later point, you must also send an e-mail to above mentioned e-mail address. Then we can send you a new username and a new password at no extra charge. Phone number, e-mail, and address for our customer support can be found at the bottom of this e-mail. We recommend that you primarily contact our customer support via e-mail.

Payment happens through an SSL-encrypted connection. I.e. there is maximum security for payments made to RadioPlanets.com. We have maximum security on our servers – this is to provide reassurance for our customers.

Collection for membership is done one month in advance. You will be charged $67,00 every 30 days (corresponding to $ 2.23/day), starting the 1st day after your 7 day trial period in the VIP club at RadioPlanets.com.
You can at all times cancel your membership. If you have paid in advance for a month and subsequently choose to cancel your membership, your membership will continue until the end of this 30-day period. The money will automatically be drawn from your credit card. You will not have to do anything yourself. It does not get any easier being a member of a VIP club.
When subscribing, you accept that RadioPlanets.com may draw the agreed upon amount periodically according to your membership, until you unsubscribe via our customer support or via self-service on our website. An overview of invoices and periods can also be found in VIP members’ profiles.
Stay updated on new campaigns from RadioPlanets.com. New exciting things will regularly be launched. As a VIP member you will automatically participate in the free competitions that are launched.
Modification of card information in relation to membership at RadioPlanets.com
If a user gets new card information, the user is required to inform RadioPlanets.com about the new card information in order to be able to continue the membership. RadioPlanets.com reserves the right to cancel a user’s membership without prior notice should a card happen to be expired, changed, etc. In order to reactivate the membership, the user must contact RadioPlanets.com for help. Members can always call customer support in relation to questions and help regarding change of card information.
You can always send an e-mail to info.ca@RadioPlanets.com with your cancellation or wish to pause your subscription. This may e.g. be if you are going traveling without an internet connection. When you contact customer support it is important that you inform them about the following information: order number, VIP/customer number, name, e-mail and address.
It is not possible to cancel your membership at RadioPlanets.com during the first 48 hours from signing up due to technical delays with regard to creating your account in our big systems.
Right of withdrawal at RadioPlanets.com
With your VIP membership purchase, which is designated as a subscription purchase, follows the statutory right of withdrawal of 7 days. You can only use your right of withdrawal, if you have NOT started using your membership within those 7 days. You start using your subscription/your services the moment you complete the purchase at RadioPlanets.com or one of our sub-campaigns.
Should you wish to use your right of withdrawal, you must immediately after purchase contact customer support via e-mail (info.ca@RadioPlanets.com) to inform us, that you wish to cancel your purchase. Hereafter, your subscription will be canceled with 1 month’s notice. Since you have entered into an agreement about a subscription, there is only a right of withdrawal upon entering into the agreement, and not in relation to the ongoing payments. We recommend all members, who wish to withdraw from the agreement, to contact customer support as soon as possible. Persons who sign up for Radioplanets.com as a rule always receive a trial subscription which costs a smaller amount – e.g. $1, $5, $7, or $9. This lasts 7 days. Payment for the VIP membership cannot be refunded, since members at Radioplanets.com have started using the service/”good”, and have had access to our service, cf. The Danish FB-AFTL

Your information are kept encrypted in our customer register, and are only used for forwarding information about your membership at RadioPlanets or forwarding of invoices cf. membership agreement at the Radio Club. Furthermore, we use your information to contact you with information regarding our service, or if there are any new extra services that will make your experience at RadioPlanets.com even better.

You can get in touch with our customer support via phone or e-mail. Our telephone hours are from 8am to 12pm Mon-Fri. Customer support is closed on weekends and all public holidays. We recommend all of our users to send us an e-mail with questions, as there may be a lot of waiting on the phones. E-mails must be sent to info.ca@RadioPlanets.com. You can contact customer support by phone on +45 8882 0663. Customer support has great experience with regard to all of our products and campaigns. Therefore, they can easily answer your questions about them, and how they work in your particular situation. Customer support only provides support in Danish or English. Should you have any questions that can not be answered by the person in question at customer support this employee will seek advice and get back to you as soon as possible. This happens within 48 hours (Mon. - Fri.).
Introduction gift
When you sign up for RadioPlanets.com via one of our campaign sites (or directly through our website), you get the option to receive an introduction gift at some of our sign up sites. The specifications of the gift appear from the website. In order to receive your gift, you must follow the instructions that you will receive in a separate e-mail. The gift is NOT automatically shipped, and is only available if you take advantage of the trial period for more than 5 days. If you cancel your trial membership within 5 days, or if your entered credit/debit card subsequently does not have sufficient funds, you no longer have the right to receive a welcome gift, and your request for the gift will automatically be rejected. The same is true for competitions connected to the campaign, if there is a such. The right to an introduction gift lapses should the user not confirm the data within 5 days from signing up. Limit 1 gift per household. The address much be confirmed via our website with scanned documentation that corresponds with the address entered upon registration (e.g. electricity bill, health insurance, or the like). Alternatively, the user, via his/her profile at RadioPlanets, must enter information in such a manner that the gift can be shipped. All documentation that is scanned, should this option be chosen, will be deleted immediately afterwards.

Remember the big exclusive competitions that you are automatically entered into as a VIP member. You do not have to do anything extra to enter into VIP competitions. The VIP competitions have prizes worth up to $5,00.00. The prize mentioned by this competition is only a suggestion. It is entirely up to the lucky winner to choose what the prize money is spent on.
